If there’s a problem downloading a video we’ll help you to do so successfully. We can’t refund money for a video download because a download can’t be returned. If you’re having a problem with a video download please contact us with your order number and information about your platform (PC/Mac etc.),

If you fail to successfully download the program we’ll ship you the DVD. You’ll only be charged for the shipping.

The best way to find out if our lessons are right for you is to try them out. If they work you’ll keep them. If not, please return them for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).

Lost, Missing, or Destroyed Digital Downloads

Please backup your digital downloads. If you’re not backing up your computer, trust me, hard drives don’t last forever. You’re not going to lose just your downloads. We will replace your files within 30 days of purchase. You will never lose these files if you keep backups in a secure place – not near the computer. We are not responsible for files that aren’t backed up securely.

If you experience a hard drive crash and we can find your order, we will reactivate your download.  Our sales records currently only go back one year. Orders over a year old will need to be placed again using a custom coupon. There is a $10.00 fee for this process.

If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with our DVDs please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the package for a 100% money back refund. You may exchange for 30 days.

Returning Merchandise
Please notify us by email message of your return. In the return package include a note telling us if you would prefer a refund or exchange or even some combination of the two.
